Today, through her YouTube channel (@gabsmall), Gab explores the towns, small businesses, food, real estate and people of Upstate New York — places that she believes are often overlooked or misunderstood.
In this conversation, we talk about supporting local businesses, affordability, travel, open-mindedness and the importance of community. Gab shares how buying an affordable home in Troy created greater financial freedom, why small businesses give towns their character, and why traveling the world ultimately helped her appreciate what had been in her backyard all along.
